What's Included During Your Stay ?

Our guests are given their own key on arrival and the cottage is then exclusively theirs for the entire length of their stay to come and go as they please.  All towels, bedding and toiletries are included and replaced on a regular basis. A wide choice of breakfast cereals, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit, fruit juices, yoghurt, bread, croissants, jams/marmalade, milk, tea/coffee/hot beverages are all supplied at the cottage for our guests to enjoy at their leisure and are daily checked and replenished.  If you have a preference for bread, milk, etc please let me know and I will make sure these are at the cottage for you to enjoy during your stay.  There is ample safe off-street parking and each cottage has its own private access and patio area where you can enjoy breakfast or just sit and relax with a newspaper or good book (English weather permitting!).  Both cottages have central heating and a constant supply of hot water.  A daily housekeeping service is also included so you can just relax and enjoy your stay.  Apart from having the facilities to cook for yourselves during the day and in the evening, Meopham and the surrounding area boasts quite a variety of pubs and restaurants to sample.  Although being very much in the countryside, we are only 10 minutes from two major roadlinks (M2 and M20/M25) which give you quick access to most areas of the south-east and beyond. 

The Chicken Shed is a very pretty cottage on two levels.  The downstairs is open plan consisting of a living area with 2 double sofabeds and full Sky/Dvd, a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, etc), dining area with patio doors leading out to your own private patio area and garden with lovely views over the valley and separate bathroom with shower.  Upstairs is the spacious bedroom with sloping roofs and twin beds.  (These can be joined together to make a huge kingsize bed if preferred). 

The Railway Cottage is a newly-built one-bedroomed bungalow consisting of a living area with 2 double sofabeds, full skytv/dvd, living flame gas fire and patio doors leading out to your own private patio area overlooking the valley, a dining area, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bath, and double/twin bedroom. Up-to-date photos of each cottage are available in the gallery area by following the links above.
